45-day Satisfaction Guarantee
Most of our products have a 45-day satisfaction guaranty. If you are not happy with your item you may return the item for a refund of the purchase price less shipping. You must have a return authorization number to return an item.
Return Policy
All returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the products. Credits are for the price paid for the product only. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Most products come with a manufacturer’s warranty and may be repaired or replaced through the manufacturer. Any media (i.e. software, videotapes, DVDs, books, software licenses, etc.) are not eligible for return. You must have a return authorization number to return an item. To obtain a number, contact us. Any return not complying to the above or the return instructions or by not following the instructions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
